  1. I had never heard of blue stain pine beetle killed wood so I had to google it. Wow, SO pretty. Awesome. It's like a combination of earth and sky, ha.

Love the roof line of your little house.

I heard of this place not too long ago and thought of you. It's called Tiny Texas Houses. Just google it and you'll find it. Not for you to buy one, but they are doing something really neat with using reclaimed wood and parts of houses being torn down. I thought you might get some ideas and perhaps find a place in Colorado that sells/gets rid of parts of old homes being demolished and it might work as pieces for your future home.

    Keep on planning!

    1. Brad Kittel Designs are one of my favorites. His buildings has flow. Which is crucial to making a small space not a place purely for your broom.

  2. First the land, then the plans, and one day soon......the home.

Home is the womb that holds the soul
Home is the place where one is whole

Home is all these wonderful things
Home is the place you develop wings

I also appreciate that I'm not the only one who drinks Starbucks while planning a more sustainable life ;-)
