  1. You could even use small dark green shutters on each side of the stained glass window, which might give the illusion of more width and less height.

    1. Hmm, Could work. I will probably hold off until I get the other windows in. Plus add a bold entrance to the House similar to the first photo. Something to keep rain and snow off your head. ;-)

  2. Are you still planning to use the original structure as a deck or porch? That will change the whole look of things as well. Give the place some depth to combat that height. Do you get any sway in the winds?

    1. I am thinking Deck. That is, not actually connected to the utility trailer. A separate structure. Small walk for a BBQ party and drinks. :-)

    2. The winds don't bother it at all. Even though we have already had our 50mph gusts. She is stout. Plus well blocked under the corners, plus trailer.

      I'm trying to figure out how to contact you via email. Can't find one. Send me an email at s e n i o r p i c k l e s @y!

  3. I was going to ask the same question Jennifer asked. Are you concerned about high winds tipping you over? If so you can use mobile home anchors to tie it down and secure it.

    1. So far, not concerned. It is a precarious looking shape. Tall, not super wide. It has held up well already in high winds. Doesn't sway. (blocking under the trailer frame and wall corners.) However. Using the remaining quikrete I have one hand to dig in a few post holes with anchors would elleviate most concerns about it, should It get really hectic.

    1. HA! I like it. It made me friend, David, shake his head when he came by. I enjoy though. It's bold. Plus when it looks desolate from the lack of water, fall, and then eventually winter... it'll bring a smile to my face. You're bedroom is Martha Stewart, Sea glass? What a coinky-dink!
