Playing Catch-up

Here is a break down of where we are at.

- Potatoes doing beautifully.
- Solanums planted
- a bed of wheat has been sown.

    Will you be earthing up the potatoes soon or waiting for more growth? I'm always afraid of frost so I earth up constantly until no risk of frost, which is 1st June where i'm at in Northern Ireland.

      june 1st?? woah. I wasn't planning on doing much more to the bed. I planted them deeply so they would only be touch twice. Planting and harvesting. :D
