Breakfast

This mornings home-made breakfast. Consisting of several garden pickings. It is a yukon gold hash with green onions. Topped with parsley. Sauteed kale with mushrooms using a wild mushroom infused olive oil and lemon infused vinegar. Sliced tomato. Radish. Side of oranges and a hot cup of PG tips with cream and sugar.

Things from the garden :

Red Russian and Curly Kale, Radishes, Green Onions, and Parsley.

Sometimes you just feel like making breakfast worth being eaten.

    1. Yes. The number #1 brand of black tea in England. Top two leaves and a bud apparently. ;)

    1. LOL. We eventually (just recently) replaced the oven/range after the fiasco of it melting/shorting out with the spilled over pressure cooker etc....

Take a handful of yukons and grate them up in a skillet. Fry in oil. I like to spread it out on the bottom like a pancake. I added seasoning salt, chili powder, chopped green onions, pepper, and a bit of coriander powder. Keep flipping it around until its as crispy as you want it. :)

Was pretty yummy. Although I was more into the Kale as it was a dish completely from the garden! Woot. I am waiting for the day I can make an entire indian meal from the premises. IE after the wheat harvest so we can make parantha.
